In this role, you’ll work hands-on with techniques such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and Western Blot, while also supporting projects with expert advice and scientific reporting. If you’re passionate about protein analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative science, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities will include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Development of analytical methods for proteins, working procedures and documentation</p></li><li>Analyses of explorative samples, mainly from Process Development</li><li>Validation of analytical methods, laboratory analysis work and maintenance of instruments and equipment</li><li>Participation in characterization of protein substances and formulations</li><li>Acting as expert in appointed areas and supporting project teams with analytical testing competence</li><li>Suggesting and developing new solutions to problems in order to improve performance</li><li>Writing and reviewing scientific reports</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or equivalent (PhD is preferred)</li><li>10+ years of experience working with proteins, including analytical testing, method development, and validation</li><li>Hands-on experience with analytical methods such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, IEF, and 2D-electrophoresis</li><li>Skilled in writing scientific reports and/or regulatory documentation</li><li>Fluency in English (Swedish fluency is preferred)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Skills</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a drive to find new solutions</li><li>Structured and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results on time</li><li>Collaborative mindset: open, adaptable, and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams</li><li>Confident communicator, able to present opinions in an open, honest, and constructive manner</li><li>Strong delivery focus and ability to reliably achieve project goals</li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Desirable experience:</b></i></p><ul><li>Experience of working according to GMP is a merit </li></ul><p></p><p><i>Selection is ongoing, so don’t wait to submit your application!</i></p>
