Recruiting Specialist (Temporary, Remote)

IntraHealth International is now seeking a temporary Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting (end to end recruitment) of US-based and global corporate staff. You will manage the recruitment process, including using innovative sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high-caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency-based interviewing, and monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process. In addition, you will assist the human resources department in performance management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and orientation.
This position is a part-time (20-30 hours per week) temporary remote role which runs from January 2025 through April 2025.
Primary duties include:
- Provide assistance to human resources team in various tasks such as assisting with employee review periods, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employee communications.
- Review job details and prepare postings in coordination with hiring manager to determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur to provide diverse applicant pool.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and online tools.
- Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
- Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill locations.
- Provide consultation and training to hiring managers in regard to recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing.
- Act as a back-up for proposal recruiting.
Qualifications include:
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
- Prior recruitment experience.
- Prior experience working and applying HR principles in a system environment with prior experience developing, maintaining and improving processes to achieve greater efficiencies and performance.
- Experience using UKGPro for recruitment and HRIS purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills including understanding users’ needs, offering solutions and following up to ensure end user success.
- Solid project management skills including attention to detail, highly organized.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with individuals at all levels within an organization; understanding of cultural contexts and international work experience preferred.
Qualifications include:
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred in a related field.

- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System

- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with individuals at all levels within an organization; understanding of cultural contexts and international work experience preferred.
This position is an hourly role with an expected range of $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, education, training, skill level and market conditions.
