Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Shift Details: 8am - 4.30pm (During Training) 6am - 2.30pm/10am - 6.30am (After Training)
Pay Details: $25/hr
Summary of Role: To support continuity in DEN station and enable Station Supervisor to focus on dispatching activities and run reports at the most critical time of the morning from 5 am to 9 am.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory management of packaging systems and components
- Understanding principals of cold chain management
- Gel pack inventory management
- Reusable packaging refurbishment
- Understanding WC operating systems including WorldStar and Opstar
- Safe handling of dry ice and shipment replenishment
- Managing On Hold and ‘Not OK to Send’ shipments according to procedures
- Forklift certification
- Understanding TempTale device procedures
- Issuing airline airway bills for domestic and international non-rev shipments and return packaging assets
- Complete GxP documentation logs
- Identification of shipping documentation requirements
- Identifying product keeping temperature and replenishment needs
Experience:
Understanding of WC operating systems including WorldStar and Opstar
Forklift certification
Skills and Knowledge:
Professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask.
Good organizational and communication skills
Good computer skills
