Purpose of the roleAs a senior member of our Communications team, which currently consists of Elena and Julia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing a comprehensive communication framework that positions suena as a leader in the energy sector. Working closely with our CEO, Data Science Team, CTO, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex ideas into compelling narratives, amplify our brand, and ensure our voice resonates with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and industry partners.
What you will be doing:

• Strategic Content Development: Create and oversee the development of high-impact communication materials, including whitepapers, blogs, thought leadership pieces, and press releases, showcasing suena’s expertise in energy storage and trading. Strategically leverage the expertise of the internal team and external agencies to ensure high-quality content and efficient workflow management.
• Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine suena’s messaging to ensure alignment across all platforms and audiences, highlighting our unique value proposition in the energy market.
• Digital Strategy and SEO Optimization: Oversee the ongoing development of our digital presence, including website content updates, SEO optimization, and managing CRM-based campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Collaborate with product marketing to align campaigns with sales and business development goals. Manage collaboration with external agencies using HubSpot to streamline campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead PR initiatives, including media relations, investor communications, and partnerships, ensuring consistent and positive representation of suena in the market.
• Event Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of key industry events, trade shows, and webinars, representing suena’s brand and driving meaningful connections.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on energy market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, ensuring our communication strategy remains proactive and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing, ideally in the energy, tech, or B2B SaaS sectors.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong storytelling and writing abilities, with a knack for translating complex topics into clear and engaging content.
• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with digital tools, including CMS platforms (e.g., WIX), HubSpot, and analytics software. Experience with SEO is a plus.
• Energy Enthusiast: Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus, but not a requirement. A general passion for sustainability and the energy transition is highly valued.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in both German and English is required.
