- Drive platform governance and standards so solutions are consistent, reusable, and aligned to Integra’s long-term roadmap.

Custom Development

- Use REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and CDC to support real-time, reliable data movement.
- Support complex data migrations and improve data quality tied to project delivery and customer lifecycle metrics.

DevOps & Release Management
- Own CI/CD with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git, scratch orgs, and automated deployments.
- Enforce branching, code review, and release discipline across environments.
- Proactively manage technical debt and refactor for performance and maintainability.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor developers/admins; lead code reviews and design sessions.
- Provide architectural guidance and clear estimates for delivery planning.
- Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new capabilities (including Einstein/AI features) for Integra use cases.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years Salesforce development experience in enterprise or multi-org environments.
- Expert in Apex (including async and integration patterns).
- Expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
- Strong Salesforce data modeling and security/sharing architecture skills.
- SOQL/SOSL optimization and governor-limit-aware coding.
