About the role

We are looking for a proactive Product Research & Discovery Specialist to support ongoing product discovery, user research, and requirements clarification for a digital B2B platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in product management, UX research, or business analysis, who is comfortable working independently and transforming user insights into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, development team, and business stakeholders to ensure product decisions are guided by real user needs and validated opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with users, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze user workflows, pain points, and behavioral patterns to uncover product improvement opportunities.
  • Document research findings in clear, structured formats (reports, insights summaries, user stories).
  • Maintain product discovery artifacts such as personas, journey maps, problem statements, hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and refine requirements and support backlog prioritization.
  • Recommend UX/UI improvements based on research insights.
  • Support the development team with requirement clarifications during implementation.
  • Participate in product review sessions and contribute to continuous roadmap refinement.

Requirements:Must Have
  • Proven experience in Product Management, Product Discovery, UX Research, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong skills in conducting user interviews, research, and synthesis of qualitative/quantitative insights.
  • Solid understanding of digital product development and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to document research outcomes and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and modern product discovery practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage part-time collaboration efficiently.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with logistics platforms, API-driven products, or B2B SaaS environments.
