Our team brings people from diverse backgrounds together with experience across prudential regulation, conduct risk, compliance and governance and is made up of ex-regulators, compliance professionals, auditors and lawyers.</p><p></p><p>The increased focus by European Regulators on banking and investment firm’s interpretation of prudential regulation, the quality of capital and liquidity processes and documentation, as well as the effectiveness of risk frameworks means firms are increasingly requiring assistance in adapting to the changing regulatory environment.
