Welcome to Mixtiles! In the beginning, in 2016, we were just two best friends working on a simple idea: how to make it super easy to turn your favorite smartphone photos into awesome wall art.

Today, we have multiple product lines, including Mixtiles, Mixtiles Art, Easyplant, Around, and Daydream. And we're shipping new products every year.

We're cutting edge in everything we do. Our products make use of advanced AI and AR technologies. Our marketing teams spend $50M+, working with top influencers and advertising on huge channels such as national TV. Our data teams handle vast amounts of data without hiccups. Our manufacturing floors have robots, and our 10+ facilities span multiple continents.

Our team is lean; we're just ~100 super-talented team members serving millions of customers every year. This means every single person on our team delivers real impact and has a lot of autonomy.

Our Operation team manages 6 factories around the world, with hundreds of workers and millions of shipments every month. Our culture of operational excellence has been one of the key drivers to the company’s growth and profitability. The problem is that today, our operation grew so much it’s become really data-intensive, and although we’re not bad at it, we think it deserves a lot of focus from the best people out there, and for that, we need someone really great to join us and to help us rock the world, do amazing work and have lots of fun in the process. 

What type of person are we looking for?

1. A business person who has good business intuitions, great “product sense” and critical thinking around operations
2. Sharp analytical skills
3. Great at communicating results of the analysis in simple business language
4. At least 2 year as a Product/ Business/ Data analyst
5. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
6. Great SQL - a big advantage
7. Expert at Data Visualization - a big advantage
8. Degree in Exact Science, Economy, Industrial Eng.  or equivalent from a top university
