This includes managing communications (WhatsApp, Email, Push) and the mobile app besides our web product. You will run two teams with partially overlapping scope and a shared Product Designer, so the role rewards someone who prioritises ruthlessly and keeps both teams moving rather than firefighting. However, excellence is only the baseline. We expect this role to go beyond that and consider how to provide a 10-star-plus experience.

WHAT YOU’ll ACCOMPLISH

Spearhead the discovery, ideation, and launch of innovative hospitality products and features that elevate the guest experience across all touchpoints. Product Manager - Growth (m/w/d)
keleya Digital-Health Solutions GmbH · Berlin, Germany
On-site30 days agoApply →keleya is an innovative FemTech startup based in Berlin that offers expectant and new parents high-quality support and resources to help them enjoy a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth, and parental leave. Our mobile app is unique in its combination of a personalized pregnancy calendar, a health tracker, and a selection of workouts, recipes, and a midwife chat for expectant and new mothers: much of it covered by health insurance at no cost to users. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working on our mission with passion, agility, and team spirit and have already supported over 1.000,000 women. The Role: We're looking for a Growth PM to own and accelerate our user acquisition and conversion funnels, from first touchpoint to in-app subscription. At keleya, growth is powered by a B2B2C model: we partner with health insurers who offer our app as a covered benefit, so our success depends on driving engagement that users love and insurers can stand behind. You'll lead a cross-functional squad and work closely with marketing and business development to hit our growth targets. Tasks Run experiments across the full funnel: from top-of-funnel awareness to in-app subscription conversion and own the growth product roadmap, metrics (activation, retention, conversion), and the prioritisation calls that come with it. Work closely with engineering to ship experiments and features that move the numbers. Partner with marketing and business development to align campaigns, messaging, and health insurance partnerships with growth targets. Identify where acquisition campaigns convert (or don't) in-app, and use those insights to inform product decisions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a mobile app. Solid understanding of growth levers: paid, organic, and product-led. Strong analytical instinct: you can trace a drop-off back to a cause and turn it into a testable hypothesis. Comfortable using AI tools to move faster and work smarter. A clear communicator who can work across product, engineering, marketing, and business development. Working proficiency in English; German is a plus. Based in Berlin. Benefits Meaningful work in digital health, with real impact on women's lives at a critical moment. Real ownership and responsibility in a fast-growing FemTech startup. Hybrid setup: minimum 2 days/week in our office in Berlin-Mitte, with up to 3 months fully remote per year. Urban Sports Club or Pluxee membership. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
Product Manager (all genders)
PARTSCLOUD GmbH · Berlin, Germany
On-siteabout 1 month agoApply →Your mission As our first dedicated Product Manager, you'll take ownership of PartsOS, from discovery through delivery — alongside the founder who's been driving product so far. Based in Berlin, with occasional trips to see customers on site, you'll turn one of industry's most overlooked problems into software factories trust every day. You'll own everything from the customer conversation to the shipped solution, and grow with the product as we scale. What You’ll Be Working On Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery: talk to customers, frame the real problem, decide what we build, and ship it to production. Shape the solution end to end, from the customer problem to the interface people actually use, making a complex domain feel simple. Get hands-on with the data and the planning logic: query it yourself, understand how our forecasting and optimization models behave, and troubleshoot when something's off. Put AI to work on real customer problems. Weave it deep into how spare-parts planning gets done as a core part of the product, not a bolt-on. Stay close to our customers, from a world-famous motorsport team to global leaders in industrial automation and packaging, and turn what you learn into roadmap and measurable impact. Who We’re Looking For Must-Have 3+ years in product management for B2B, enterprise, or technical/data-heavy products, owning outcomes from discovery to delivery. Comfortable getting hands-on with data: querying it yourself, understanding how optimization and forecasting models work, and troubleshooting rather than treating the system as a black box. Genuinely fluent with AI: you know how to weave it into solving real customer problems, not just how to chat with it. A talent for simplification: you turn complex, technical concepts into clear, usable product and can shape that experience yourself. A self-starter with customers and ambiguity: you seek out users firsthand and are energized by being the first dedicated PM rather than following a finished playbook. Fluent in English. Great If You Also Bring Strong working German: a real plus for getting close to our customers. Exposure to ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, or other complex industrial domains. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Mindset You want real ownership, from the customer problem to what ships in production. You love the speed and access of working directly with a founder, and you want to learn at that pace. You'd rather build something that ships than polish a finished product from a distance. You're not squeamish about a bit of logic and math. You prefer working in person over coordinating from a distance. Not Quite Your Thing? You want a tightly scoped backlog handed to you rather than owning the discovery yourself. You prefer to stay above the technical detail and treat the optimization as a black box. You need a fully remote setup. You'd rather work in a large product org with clearly defined swim lanes than be the first PM in
