YOUR ROLE

We have multiple opportunities for Client Service Consultants to join our community-minded WFI team on a 12-month max term basis, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. You’ll work with new and existing clients and assist them with their insurance needs. 


You’ll have a customer first approach and can build on our goal of being ‘great people to know’.

You’ll work full time from our WFI office located in Bendigo and will be required to work Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after the 6-month probation period subject to business requirements. 

 

Start date for this role is flexible for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU

  •         Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
  •         Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
  •         Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills 
  •         Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and good attention to detail
  •         Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary) 
  •         Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
