USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency.HCTM requires junior HR assistants to support records preparation, indexing, digitization, and centralized task processing as part of workforce closeout. Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000 Position Summary:Provide HR administrative support focused on records preparation and routine processing. Key Responsibilities:- Digitize, index, and prepare personnel records for transfer.- Support separation/retirement file assembly.- Manage HR ticket intake and standardized responses. Minimum Qualifications:- 2+ years administrative or HR support experience.- Bachelor’s preferred.
