TRAINING TECHNICIAN

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing student lifecycle and training pipeline records in automated military or educational databases (such as CeTARS, FLTMPS, NSIPS, or comparable training management systems), including processing gains, enrollments, setbacks, disenrollments, reclassifications, holds, and graduations; 2) Providing administrative and personnel customer support, including verifying student musters, processing leave requests, coordinating reporting documentation, and explaining basic military pay, travel, or entitlement procedures; 3) Generating recurring or ad-hoc reports (such as class rosters, hold reports, and student man-hour metrics) to support academic planning and operational decision-making; and 4) Safeguarding sensitive data and records by applying privacy policies, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) standards, and records management procedures in accordance with governing directives.
