Our growing Telecommunications compliance and consulting practice provides regulatory, tax, and reporting support to carriers and service providers nationwide. We are in the process of aligning systems, policies, and operations with EisnerAmper standards while continuing to serve a fast-growing client base.

We are seeking a Manager to lead operational integration, streamline internal processes, and strengthen practice management. This position will oversee scheduling, staffing, technology rollout, training, treasury operations, and administrative support across the practice.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:   

  • Operational Management

    • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling of personnel, staffing levels, recruiting, and workload balancing.

    • Manage compliance and project deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.

    • Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure client deliverables are accurate and on time.

  • Integration Leadership

    • Lead the integration of the practice into EisnerAmper systems, policies, and workflows, including HR, finance, IT, and administrative procedures.

    • Anticipate change requirements and proactively prepare staff and systems to ensure a smooth transition.

    • Partner with EisnerAmper leadership to align on operational metrics, governance, and reporting expectations.

  • Technology Oversight

    • Oversee management and continuous improvement of our internally developed compliance software.

    • Coordinate testing, rollout, and training schedules for new functionality to reduce disruption and post-release issues.

    • Work with internal and external developers to prioritize enhancements and maintain data integrity.

  • Client Management & Administration

    • Supervise new client onboarding, ensuring consistent setup, documentation, and communication.

    • Oversee preparation of engagement letters, client communications, and contract renewals.

    • Manage monthly billing, collections, and client funding approvals in coordination with accounting and treasury teams.

  • Treasury & Finance

    • Oversee treasury operations for client and firm bank accounts, including funding, payments, and approvals.

    • Monitor cash flow, account reconciliations, and ensure adherence to internal controls.

    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

  • 5+ years operational management experience in telecom compliance, regulatory filings, or professional services operations.

  • Experience in organizational integration, change management, and technology implementations.

  • Knowledge of treasury functions and financial controls.

  • Experience managing personnel scheduling, recruiting, and team performance.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters of Business Administration

  • CPA or CMI (sales tax) designation

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Leadership experience with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and problem-solving.

  • Process improvement mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
