Technology Manager, Oracle Finance

The ideal candidate would be in commutable distance to our Grafton, WI campus however we are willing to consider remote work with occasional travel.

Job Description 

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and energetic Oracle Techno-Functional Solution Manager. The ideal candidate is 50% Technical and 50% Functional with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Release 12.1.3.  Expert knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Advance Collections, Inventory Costing, and Cash Management. Moderate functional knowledge in any three of the following modules is considered a bonus: Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Advance Supply Chain Planning and Demantra.

The Oracle Techno-Functional Solution Manager role is responsible for leading the planning, designing, developing, testing and deployment of efficient solutions within the Oracle EBS system, to satisfy and meet strategic, financial, and operational needs of the organization. This role interacts with various levels within the organizations across many functions. Projects in scope for this role include but are not limited to acquisitions, divestitures, upgrades, new functionality, and etc. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Lead/drive Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Financials related technical design, development and support 

• Interface with business to understand the scope and requirements 

• Function as the liaison with business managers, business users and IT execution team. Support definition of use cases, scenarios etc. 

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and architectural principals to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users. 

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 

• Develops and executes test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development, and where possible, makes recommendations for improvement. 

• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. 

• Recommends improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team. 

• Conducts Proof of Concept (POC) for feasibility studies 

• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. 

• Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously 

• Strong understanding of integration best practices and excellent relationship skills working with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team and various development teams across the organization. 

• Able to work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
