What You’ll Do

• Agile Team Leadership: Lead multiple agile teams responsible for delivering Corporate Trust & Depository Receipts platforms and establish a new team to develop a blockchain-based Tokenization platform

• Workflow and BPM Solutions: Drive the implementation of workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to enhance Straight-Through Processing across existing systems

• Resource Management: Identify resource needs and gaps, ensuring skilled personnel are assigned to priorities, collaborate with product, client services, operations, and technology teams to work towards best business outcome and deliver cost effective solutions, and enhanced productivity with proactive Book of Work and requirements management with Product teams

• Vendor Management & Collaboration: Work closely with upstream and downstream integration partners and vendors to influence and prioritize their deliverables and ensure delivery from vendors are managed per contracts

• Agile Methodology: Adhere to Agile practices, including sprint planning and frequent deliveries, leverage Corporate Bank tools to minimize redundancy, and ensure timely documentation and user stories using tools like Confluence and JIRA

• Quality Assurance and Governance/Reporting and Communication: Enforce robust testing and validation procedures before production implementations, collaborate with Domain Architects and Tribe Leads to ensure proper architecture and process governance, and provide regular updates on accomplishments, risks, and escalations to the working group and steering committee

How You’ll Lead

• Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, while recruiting and developing top engineering talent

• Manage financials and milestones through internal platforms (e.g., Clarity), as well as develop multi-year strategic transformation architecture and roadmaps for the initiatives

• Adopt and implement Corporate Bank Technology strategy and vision within the immediate and broader organization, in addition to leading talent development and mentoring initiatives
