Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, industrial automation, geoscience or and or related field.
• Experience: 2 + years in field service, equipment repair or similar technical support role.
• Technical:
  • Proficiency troubleshooting electrical circuits, IT/network connectivity and Windows‑based software.
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams and technical manuals.
  • Experience with small diesel engines for diagnostics and repairs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer‑service mindset, independent problem‑solver, and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Work & Travel: Able to work outdoors in all weather, lift to 50 lbs, and travel ≥ 50 %—often on short notice, weekends or holidays.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license (ability to tow a utility trailer) and passport.

• Knowledge of structural geology, geological principles, and their applications for slope movement analysis.
• Network configuration / troubleshooting expertise.
• Small diesel‑engine maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and experience with CRM style platforms.
• OSHA or MSHA certification.
• 1 year of experience in the mining industry.
• Experience with towing utility trailers.

• Active mine sites and remote locations; exposure to weather, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
• Office hours Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 when not on site.
• Occasional overseas travel (e.g., Europe, Latin America) for training or projects.

• Starting salary range – 65,000.00 to 75,000.00 USD + bonus.
