TEACHING ASSISTANT, Level 2, Grade D

From September, we are seeking a caring, skilled and enthusiastic person to become part of our very committed and talented team. Our very successful school is friendly and inclusive and we have a commitment to professional development for all our staff. 

Post:  Teaching Assistant 32.5 hours per week, term time contract 8.30-3.30

Annual salary: Grade D Level- Range £31,074 - £31,986 FTE pro rata salary £24,564 - £25,285This position will involve working with SEN children, one to one, in groups and supporting the class teachers in the classrooms and throughout the school day.

This post is permanent depending on changes to the number of pupils with EHCP on roll

• To support the development and education of target named children with an
Educational Health Care Plan and other pupils with additional needs.
• To support the classroom teacher with their responsibility for the development
and education for all pupils.
• Commits as a reflective practitioner to their own ongoing professional
development.
