Opportunity:As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will involve sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent with 4-6 years of experience in the technology sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their requirements, and executing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless hiring process.

You will be working on:

• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates non- technical skills and cultural fit.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their non-technical requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Work with HR and hiring managers to create and extend competitive job offers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 6  years of non-tech recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of non tech roles and skillsets.
• Worked in SaaS based / Product based companies.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
