You are:

Systems Integration Lead/Manager 

• AFS is seeking an Integration Lead to develop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews working with global QA initiatives and processes.
• Experienced leader who has previously worked at the Cabinet-level executive branch charged with providing healthcare services to eligible military veterans will contribute as follows:
• Organize and lead the Integration activities with partner OIT Systems as part of the overall program Identify and Escalate program risks related to external OIT System Integration activities.
• Drive and facilitate leadership discussions across the program and external client enterprise interfacing systems to drive plans and schedules.
• Prepare meeting materials, lead discussion in Accenture/Client negotiations, send summary document agreements and issue resolutions
• Leverage OIT experience and knowledge and relationships in negotiation on complex issues to arrive at win-win solutions for the program.

 

Min Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership within technology-driven federal organizations
• Experience leading teams involved with integration services
• Hands-on experience establishing, building, or contributing to complex technical programs
• Experience leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics supporting technical programs for the U.S. Government.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role: CL7

California: $114,400 - 184,300

Colorado: $114,400 – $184-300

New York: $103,200 – $213,600

Washington State: $118,700 - $196,400
