We are seeking a highly-skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. Are you a technical problem-solver with a proven track record in complex operational environments? We're looking for an expert with extensive experience in Windows and Linux networking, cloud provisioning, and web services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in tech-ops planning, requirements analysis, and operational tradecraft (OpSec compliance). You'll also need a solid understanding of VPNs, proxies, mobile SIMs, and eSIMs. If you have a background in software development and are proficient with tools like Jira, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• One or more of the following (preferred 3+ years): 
  • Computer networking in Windows AND Linux; 
  • Cloud provider provisioning/procurement; 
  • Use of common online services in a persona-specific environment; 
  • Website configuration;
  • Web-page Building.
• Basic software development (preferred 2+ years).
• Building tech-ops plans using available tools/techniques (preferred 4+ years).
• Understanding requirements and selecting appropriate technical capabilities to satisfy them (preferred 4+ years).
• Misattrib procurement including payments (preferred 3+ years).
• VPNs and Proxies (e.g. Residential, Mobile) (preferred 3+ years).
• Working with mobile SIMs and eSIMs (preferred 3+ years).
• Incidence tracking tool including JIRA (preferred 2+ years).
• Communicating effectively (written and oral) (preferred 3+ years).
•  Working with persona identity handling (preferred 3+ years).
•  Working in operational tradecraft (OpSec compliance) (preferred 3+ years).

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Working in customer space, CONUS and OCONUS, and how it differs from other cyber activities (preferred 2+ years).
• Working with surveillance detection route (preferred 2+ years)
• Managing and troubleshooting social media accounts and other internet capabilities (preferred 2+ years).
• Collecting data from social media accounts and other internet-based platforms (preferred 1+ years).
