SUMMARY
The Systems Administrator II is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the client’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
- Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Installs, configures, and maintains computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoots and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitors system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.
Implements and maintains security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.
Develops and maintains system documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Collaborates with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
Assists in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two to four (2-4) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
