Job Description
Provide administration and support to server environment, telecommunications infrastructure, desktops, and business applications. Build, configure, and maintain internal and/or external server systems. Develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoot network performance issues; create and maintain disaster recovery plan. Recommend upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment. Provide technical support and guidance to users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in similar role required demonstrating:
- Experience with configuration, administration, and monitoring of servers, operating systems, and Ethernet switches, protocols, and standards required
- Experience managing and administering Windows desktop environment required
- Experience managing and administering telecommunications systems required
- Experience supporting enterprise-level server based applications in a service desk or call center capacity required
- Experience managing and maintaining Windows server environment
- Experience managing and maintaining Linux server systems
- Intermediate proficiency administering cloud-based servers (Azure), appliances, and applications preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows server family including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy administration, IIS required

Salary:
up to $100,000 - 110,000 annually Depending on Experience
