A Brief Overview
Responsible for the implementation and installation of medical and other equipment/infrastructure to include coordinating, contractors, internal/external customers, internal/external infrastructure regulatory requirements, material procurement/deployment, completion of all close-out documentation and supporting the implementation testing in the internal test lab or other areas. Responsible for conducting CTS implementations including solving installation issues, controlling costs, adhering to installation timelines/deadlines, software/hardware installation, and being a productive team member. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
What you will do
- Prepares for implementation and installation of medical and other equipment
- Oversees implementation and installation of equipment and supports implementation testing and the internal lab test.
- Handles billing processes for project when completed.
- Completes all pre-installation documentation including permits, design documents and regulatory documents.
- Completes all post-installation documentation including permits, design documents and regulatory documents.
- Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.

Work Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years Biomedical equipment installation/repair
- 3-5 years Electronics repair
- 3-5 years IT support
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to understand and prepare written materials, such as equipment manuals.
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written form with all levels of Associates, physicians, and equipment manufacturers and vendors.
- Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and maintains control of workflow with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to complete and close out Facilities and SCCE permits.
- Ability to complete all close out documentation utilizing ACAD and/or Microsoft Visio.
- Basic understanding of IT network administration, server maintenance and operating software.
Supervision Provided by this Position
- There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities assigned to this job, except that the incumbent may occasionally demonstrate various job responsibilities to other Associates.
Physical Demands
- The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
- Must have good balance and coordination.
- The physical requirements of this position are: medium work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently.
