The Systems Administrator II leads the ongoing development and support of platforms (such as Enterprise Content Services), as well as our public and student facing websites, portals, and third-party software integrations. The individual in this role exemplifies a record of success in improving processes and adoption using various platforms. The Systems Administrator II applies expert knowledge to ensure best practices and well-engineered architecture across the department. The Systems Administrator II is a key stakeholder and initiator of major changes to processes, engineering practices, and system administration. The Systems Administrator II is required to solve critical issues and initiatives across multiple teams. This role requires an extensive and deep understanding of cutting-edge practices and innovative approaches to problems. The Systems Administrator II is tasked with establishing and maintaining a positive and productive culture, working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop, deploy, maintain, and support new and existing business processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the administration of cutting-edge processes and services to increase and improve the student experience.
- Fosters and utilizes innovative approaches to problems and functionality for all key stakeholders.
- Owns technologies focusing on student success and scalability while supporting student-focused user experience.
- Collaborates with developers, designers, testing, and product management to develop features and innovative approaches to applications and features.
- Establishes a balance between strategic planning and initiatives with development, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Identifies system redundancies and inefficiencies and proposes innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Works with internal customers to gather business processes and project requirements.
- Serves as system administrator for the OnBase environments, performing system administration, configuration, and support tasks.
