System Administrator II

What the role is:

• Supports all Nettrax and OnBase server software applications
• Works with LOBs for changes or enhancements to ECM systems
• The ability to multitask is required. Must be able to be given a task and not be micromanaged to complete task.
• Places changes on change control and familiar with ticketing software enterprises uses for incidents and project requests.
• Provides technical support and guidance to users
• Works with QA and other departments to document changes to systems and Testing efforts.
• Performs Daily Tasks for Nettrax and Onbase
• Willing to learn new Imaging Platform, Image Center and/or be familiar with that system

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area of specialty preferred and 3-5 years of experience in the field or related field.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within an information technology related field.
• Must be available to serve as needed on an after-hours on-call support rotation.
• Must be available 24/7for technical support as required.
• Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communication skills
• Time management skills.
