The Regional Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Operations Support Coordinators to manage the customer experience for an assigned regional rep base, as well as the corresponding sales backlog for that group.  The Operations Support Supervisor directly leads the team’s daily activities, and provides leadership in all aspects of customer service, daily operations coordination, and sales backlog management. 

This position will reside in Norcross, GA which is the location of our Atlanta Service Center.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead a team which includes oversight to the execution of the regional sales backlog and customer experience.
• Train, develop, and engage direct team on core business processes.
• Manage daily operation execution for team’s assigned regional rep base to meet customer expectations and company goals. 
• Engage the Service Center Operations and Regional Inventory Control teams to meet internal KPI’s and customer satisfaction targets. 
• Ensure customers are receiving superior service levels on each point of contact as defined by company standards. 
• Implement and manage plans in support of company’s strategic objectives.
• Execute to a performance driven culture with a focus on KPI’s such as on-time delivery, inventory availability, and critical customer facing metrics.
• Drive a continuous improvement and lean culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience within a service center/warehouse environment required
• Experience in leading direct reports or proven ability to successfully lead an indirect team
•  Experience working through independent third-party Sales Rep firms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access 
• Preferred knowledge of D365 or other warehouse management software 
• Salesforce knowledge
• Travel of up to 10%
