Our summer internship program provides hands-on experience across various disciplines such as: 

Product Development (Chemistry) 

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 

Finance / Accounting 

Environmental Health & Safety 

Operations Supply Chain Management 

and Human Resources

WHAT OUR INTERNSHIP WILL DO FOR YOU 

As an intern, you will take your studies and apply it to real work projects. You’ll have an individualized work plan that will let you impact the business! You will receive coaching from your manager and mentor. 

Additionally 

• Ability to build professional relationships
• Access to networking opportunities, workshops, and company events
• Hands-on experience within a global company addressing modern challenges in specialty chemical and adhesive manufacturing
• Cross-functional exposure to other departments and executive leaders
• Opportunity to present what you’ve been learning to fellow interns and business leaders

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

Are you curious about HR, EHS, Chemistry, Accounting, and Finance types of roles? Are you looking to be a part of a growing company? Have you held previous student leadership positions? Are you at least in your second year in college?

Required Qualifications 

• Full-time student in an accredited university or college required
• Completion of sophomore and junior year standing preferred
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Leadership skills preferred
