Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical supervision, monitors provider caseloads, and ensures compliance with client-facing hour requirements.
- Facilitates training for employees and contractors on the relinquishment model, processes, and performance standards.
- Provides clinical and administrative leadership to multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Offers clinical consultation and crisis support to staff and providers as needed.
- Participates in on-call rotation, including some evenings and weekends.
- Cultivates and manages stakeholder relationships with counties and external agencies related to program services.
- Oversees program-related media initiatives, including podcasts, interviews, and outreach efforts.
- Ensures compliance with Electronic Health Records (EHR) standards across all relevant programs.
Qualifications:
- Full Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and 3000 + post-degree clinical hours, and Licensed Additions Counselor or Masters Addictions Counselor (LAC/MAC).
- Two years of experience supervising staff or equivalent working experience in a leadership role.
- Database familiarity and experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
