Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical supervision, monitors provider caseloads, and ensures compliance with client-facing hour requirements.
  •  Facilitates training for employees and contractors on the relinquishment model, processes, and performance standards.
  •  Provides clinical and administrative leadership to multidisciplinary treatment teams.
  • Offers clinical consultation and crisis support to staff and providers as needed.
  • Participates in on-call rotation, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Cultivates and manages stakeholder relationships with counties and external agencies related to program services.
  • Oversees program-related media initiatives, including podcasts, interviews, and outreach efforts.
  • Ensures compliance with Electronic Health Records (EHR) standards across all relevant programs.

Qualifications:

  • Full Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and 3000 + post-degree clinical hours, and Licensed Additions Counselor or Masters Addictions Counselor (LAC/MAC).
  • Two years of experience supervising staff or equivalent working experience in a leadership role.
  • Database familiarity and experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  •  Valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization. 
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
