Full TimeDaysJob Summary: Sourcing & Contract Administrator will ensure contract compliance for Saint Francis Health System Supply Chain contracts. This role will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Legal and our Group Purchasing Organization to ensure Supply Chain contracts are accessed, stored, managed and communicated to pertinent parties in a detailed and clear manner.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a contracting or supply chain environment. Experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast fasted environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain strong business relationships. Knowledge of supply chain contracting strategies and contract maintenance. Basic knowledge of strategic sourcing and negotiating. Analytical skills to enable sourcing/contracting decisions based on evaluation of various data sources. Superior ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Monitors contract lifecycle for Saint Francis Health System Supply Chain Contracts. Obtains valid and timely internal and external contract signatures. Verifies contract pricing, terms and conditions are being implemented as intended internally as well as with Saint Francis' Group Purchasing Organization. Conducts research, analysis, and interprets data to validate opportunities in contracting; presents findings concisely. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purpose of managing contract performance for compliance with contract deliverables, assisting with conducting business reviews, and working with cross functional teams.
Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision.
Working Relationships: Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works with individuals at Director level or above.
