Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sourcer lead global talent sourcing initiatives that support our hiring goals and workforce strategy. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of global talent markets and trends, strong analytical and project management capabilities, and the ability to influence and partner directly with business leaders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute strategic sourcing programs to attract top talent across global markets.
• Partner directly with hiring partners to understand workforce needs and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Analyze talent market data, sourcing performance metrics, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Deliver compelling business presentations and insights to influence talent strategy and investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and market research providers.
• Stay current on global hiring trends, labor market shifts, and sourcing technologies.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning.
• Experience in supporting global sourcing and navigating international talent markets.

SKILLS:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end initiatives across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and talent analytics systems, including LinkedIn Recruiter & LinkedIn Talent Insights.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strategic thinker with a global mindset and business acumen.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
