We are seeking a Strategic Pursuit Lead – Data-Driven Management, to support and drive business growth. This role is responsible for customer engagement to accelerate sales of our Data-Driven Management solutions that utilize our Decision Intelligence Platform as a Service - a cloud-based platform that seamlessly integrates and analyzes fragmented data from various sources using Fujitsu’s Kozuchi Al solution, blockchain technology and leveraging partners such as Palantir, Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create opportunities, introduce Uvance, identify interests and issues, and translate into offering proposals
- Cross-sell other offerings to existing customers and grow the relationship
- Sells complex, high-value solutions and/or services.
- Plans, facilitates and/or conducts complex negotiations
- Plans and executes effective relationship strategies for one strategic or several large, complex opportunities with a limited number of key/strategic customers.
- Identifies and prioritizes new client opportunities and develops solution implementation and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years experience in selling, consulting and or delivery of data-driven management and decision intelligence application and technology solutions
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex solutions sales engaging with the C-Suite and Line of Business leaders
- Deep understanding of data-driven decision making ideally with experience in key partner data and AI solutions (e.g. Palantir, Microsoft and AWS)
- A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally
- Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to persuade
- Capable of handling complex sales with contract options
- Current industry knowledge and experience selling IT Services & Solutions
- Self-starter with effective cold calling skills; familiarity with sales tools such as Saleforce.com; willing and able to travel
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $161,040.00 to $225,456.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
