The Senior Manager, Partner Engagement will help shape and execute provider engagement strategies, partnering across the organization to identify opportunities, enhance the provider experience, and drive measurable business results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate insights into action, influence stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute provider engagement strategies aligned with business priorities and provider needs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve provider experience, engagement, and growth.
- Leverage data, metrics, and provider insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Partner with operations leaders and subject matter experts to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor healthcare and nephrology market trends to inform recommendations and future opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop analysts or project team members as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as required to support organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in partner engagement, relationship management, strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Experience developing and executing engagement, growth, or customer/provider experience strategies.
- Healthcare, management consulting, or provider-facing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
- Denver-based candidates strongly preferred (hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week).
Travel
- Approximately 20–30% travel for provider meetings and industry events.

Language Skills: Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

Work Environment: Level III – Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic). Visual: Vision adequate to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of position.
May be required to demonstrate the ability to differentiate colors on a test strip.
Physical Demands: Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following activities:
- Ability to lift minimum of 5 lbs to a max of 50 lbs unassisted and able to stand, sit, stoop, walk, stretch, reach, and use full range of body motions.
- Manual dexterity as required for specific equipment and ability to use computer keyboard and peripherals.
