• Plan, execute, and manage the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
• Ensure a seamless transition by following best practices and cloud architecture guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration
• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans and documentation

• Proven experience in migrating Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
• Deep understanding of Jira and Confluence architecture, configurations, and administration
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian migration tools
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud features, limitations, and best practices
• Familiarity with third-party plugins and their compatibility with Atlassian Cloud
• Experience with user management, including SSO and integration with identity providers
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience programming/scripting (JavaScript, Groovy, Python, Shell or similar) 
• Basic HTML, CSS, JS, SQL skills 
• Background and understanding of API's and creating custom add-ons using Atlassian SDK's 
• Experience with Linux OS 
• Experience using and managing common add-ons like Portfolio, EazyBI, ScriptRunner, and the Bob Swift suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Government or large organization experience 
• Prioritize work and close out tickets in a timely manner

Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs.
