We are seeking a Solution Manager Systems Integration to join our Project and Program Management team in Houston, TX or any other location in the US where there is an AtkinsRealis office.
The Solution Manager Systems Integration will oversee system development architecture, technical, and functional design documentation. You will evaluate and recommend appropriate systems based on business requirements. This role requires combining technical expertise with strategic vision, and collaboration with global teams to deliver effective solutions.

How will you contribute to the team?
•    Develop technical solutions integrating Smartsheet, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle P6, and Azure to enhance project management processes. 
•    Oversee design of technical system architecture maps, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation for system deployments.
 Conduct ETL processes and database management, leveraging tools like SQL and Azure. 
•    Lead integration efforts for P6 scheduling, Unifier, and Smartsheet. 
•    Provide guidance to global deployment teams and indirectly supervise technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements. 
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define requirements and address technical challenges effectively. 
•    Maintain a 30% focus on system administrative tasks, including managing Unifier and P6 accounts.
•    Collaborate with Project Managers to report progress on deliverables and ensure project deadlines are met. 
•    Take ownership of deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges.
What will you contribute?
•    BS or BA in computer science or related degree required.
•    5 years in related system implementation, data integration, and digital solutions development.
•    Typical incumbent has 7 to 10 years of experience.
•    Construction management or project controls experience preferred
•    Experience with Smartsheet, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle P6 systems preferred. 
•    Able to design business process workflows. 
•    Experience with ETL systems configuration and requirements gathering. Proficient documenting business requirements and technical specifications. 
•    Project Management background.
•    Programing languages knowledge (Python, C+, etc).
•    Excellent communications and customer service skills.
