Department Overview

PG&E’s Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Services (CRESS) organization is responsible for governing, planning, acquiring, designing constructing, operating, and maintaining 7.7 million square feet (sq. ft.) of facilities throughout PG&E’s 72,000 square mile service territory.  These facilities include service centers, data centers, contact centers, office buildings, shops, warehouses, construction and equipment yards, vehicle maintenance garages, and meeting and training facilities.

 

CRESS will manage the Site Owner Program for the enterprise, supporting Engineering, Planning & Strategy’s vision to execute a robust demand planning and production control process that optimizes safe delivery of resources, equipment, and materials for shovel ready work.

 

Position Summary

Manages implementation of significant enterprise-wide cultural and program changes, improvements and enhancements related to Site Owner program objectives and goals. Leads expanded Site Owner Program supporting cross-functional teams. Aligns enterprise strategy around Site Owner program functions to resolve escalated cross-functional issues arising at select PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) sites. 

 

Manages a team of Site Owner Program Managers (Principal Level) who act as a single point of contact to align resources, facilitate escalations, and accelerate implementation of solutions at assigned sites.  The team will drive timely issue resolution, local investments and a safe, efficient and compliance work site to support operations supervisors and teams at the sites.

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.  We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of t
