OnsiteThis leadership position is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations team. This position supervises hourly employees on 3rd shift. You will manage cell productivity, guide scheduling & sequencing of work, and foster a collaborative, achievement driven environment through continuous improvement leveraging the CORE framework.
You will approach each day with a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities in optimizing the production line. Time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and allocate resources are foundational for success in this role. You will utilize active listening, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues while working under pressure. You will be a culture champion for the team focused on individual development and team success. Relocation assistance is available.
What You Will Do:
Ensures all quality related items for cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
Process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
Plans and executes scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.
Assists in sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for a cell to optimize productivity.
Supervises activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
Monitors cell performance and productivity of a cell to maximize productivity.
Assists in production innovation, including additive manufacturing, of a cell to enhance the cell’s production capabilities.
Interfaces with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.
Ensure all employees are adhering to the Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
Delegate effectively to develop personnel and effectively balance the workload
Pulse survey participation, listening to feedback and driving improvement actions.
Leads and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers.
What You will Learn:
Execute production plan in line with the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to achieve on time delivery, hours, and efficiency commitments
Address employee issues/concerns and motivate the workforce to achieve department goals.
Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management.
Effectively manage resource requirements in line with capacity models and demand rates
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
