Senior Technical Integration Specialist

We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented professional to support our product team in a low code – no code manner. This position requires a wide range of technical skills, solution design and a desire not just for what the answer is, but how things work and why.

Responsibilities

• Integrate complex technical systems across the organization.
• Be the technical escalation point for the product team and technical subject matter expert.
• Identify technical risks on your projects and help implement a mitigation plan.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Identify and assist in developing enhancement opportunities across the enterprise through innovation and automation.
• Help establish best practices across the enterprise and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Oversee troubleshooting issues impacting the team and drive them to resolution.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality results.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to research issues never before encountered.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts.
• Self-starter, able to keep up with industry trends.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization.
