You're excited about this opportunity because...

• Lead a team of on-the-ground drone operations staff ("runners") and oversee daily site performance in Dallas.
• Launch new drone delivery sites and onboard merchants to the platform in collaboration with our internal teams and external partners.
• Support testing, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze site-level data and performance metrics using SQL and dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with key drone partners to drive volume growth and ensure operational excellence.
• Contribute to building the future of drone delivery through curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

• You’re a Leader: You have experience managing operational teams and are excited to lead and mentor a team of runners in a high-growth, tech-forward environment.
