Position Summary

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on leader and mentor to a team of developers with a collaborative team approach and active participation for all projects. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring non-senior development staff. 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop new programs and maintain and enhance existing software.
• Provide technical direction in new systems development and enhancement of existing systems.
• Participate in production support and problem resolution.
• Test and debug programs for accuracy and functionality
• Participate in research and development of experimental designs and systems.

Requirements

Experience and Education

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree
• 2 – 3 years Gaming experience
• 8+ years’ experience in a team leadership position
• Strong knowledge and experience of C++, C# .Net 
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented development techniques
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Visual Studio .Net development tools
• Understanding of relational database, stored procedures, and data access methods
• Experience with MS SQL Server, other relational Databases
• Agile Development
• Server Based Gaming experience
• Server-side mobile game development
• Microsoft development certifications
• Experience with installation packages
• Experience designing, building and installing web services.
