About this position
Lead and collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to design, architect, implement, and deliver innovative AI capabilities to our customers to create multi modal conversational experiences allowing for seamless transition across voice, text, and touch interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in conversational AI, clinical automation, and healthcare IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and deployment.
- Strong background in C/C++, Java (or similar OO language) and microservice architecture
- Strong experience in developing windows applications using C++, MFC, STL, ATL, COM/DCOM
- Good understanding Agile and Devops methodologies.
- Must have ability to turn requirements into deliverables.
- Must have good understanding of operations, observability, reliability and security.
- Ability design and develop scalable application.
- Ability to work in a fast faced environment and deal with ambiguities.
- React/TypeScript or similar FE framework development experience
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of object oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
- Good understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
