Your role To combine strong product judgment with deep technical ownership, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x) . As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own complex features and technical initiatives end-to-end, from understanding the underlying problem and challenging assumptions to designing the solution, shipping it, and improving it in production. Alongside your work within a product module, you will help solve technical problems that have broader consequences for the platform and the engineers building on it. At Tanso, senior engineers remain hands-on product builders. The main difference at senior level is not simply owning “bigger features.” It is your ability to go deeper technically, navigate more complex problem spaces, make high-quality architectural decisions, and raise the effectiveness of the engineering organization around you. Key responsibilities Own technically complex product initiatives from problem definition through architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
