About the role

Rokt is looking for an HRBP to partner closely with senior business leaders to understand the broader strategic objectives and determine relevant talent management strategies that drive performance, promote the culture and make Rokt a great place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior team leaders across the business and C-Suite executives to execute our people strategy in line with business objectives
  • Develop strategic effective relationships with senior leaders to provide coaching and influence matters relating to People and L&D
  • Be the liaison between Team Leads, L&D, and People Operations - funneling back findings to the L&D and People Operations team to develop and drive initiatives
  • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights and proactively convert these insights into recommendations. Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy and meet business objectives
  • Partner on all employee relations matters including adherence to policy, grievances, and voluntary and involuntary terminations. Work collaboratively with business leaders and legal partners to develop and execute resolution strategies
  • Advise on all performance management concerns; Provide expertise related to performance management and work side by side with people leaders on managing performance management processes
  • Manage all offboarding processes (including exit interviews)
  • Build, recommend, and implement new initiatives autonomously
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's strategic goals and key initiatives



Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include a BA or BS degree in Human Resources
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth tech environment
  • Previous experience as a Human Resource Generalist with a strong understanding of general HR concepts, practices, and compliance
  • 5-7 years of People-related experience in high-growth technology organizations partnering with tech and engineering departments

  • Ability to be comfortable and effective in a fast-paced environment with limited established structure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a hands-on manner, adjusting to issues as needed in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond to issues as they arise
  • High level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
