Position: Senior Oracle Functional Analyst/Consultant - SCM

We're in the midst of an exciting project, migrating from Oracle EBS to the Cloud, with a planned Go-Live in late spring of 2024. This role is 100% remote, with most work conducted during PT business hours.

Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking an experienced individual with a background in Oracle SCM solutions, particularly Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration projects. If you have 8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience, including 5 years in SCM modules (with 3 years in Oracle Cloud Implementations/Migrations) and Oracle Cloud SCM certification, you could be the ideal candidate.

Your Contribution:

As a Senior Oracle Functional Analyst/Consultant - SCM, you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and leverage Oracle ERP and front-end applications to develop tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing business needs, designing and implementing solutions, and providing support for the SCM business arena. Here's how you'll contribute:

• Design, implement, and support Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management and SCM front-end applications in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SCM and other modules like Inventory, WMS (Warehouse Management), Planning and Purchasing, and PLM.
• Implement and support EBS integrations (B2B, B2C, etc.) with front-end applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to facilitate seamless communication with external partners and customers.
• Demonstrate logical and critical thinking to address complex problems, communicate findings clearly, and propose effective solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Lead testing efforts for SCM-related enhancements and bug fixes.
• Provide end-user training on new features and functionality in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering in-depth systems expertise from a functional perspective in a support capacity for new initiatives and projects.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of SCM processes, including O2C, Warehouse Management (order entry, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns).
• Experience in leading functional work streams for Oracle ERP Cloud Global Implementations, with a minimum of two (2) successfully delivered ERP Cloud Projects, preferably in the ERP Functional Lead role.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SCM application modules, workflows, and reports in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with B2B Integrations and OIC tools.
• Ability to lead business requirement gathering activities of moderate to high complexity and medium to large size.
• Experience in leading testing efforts for SCM-related enhancements and collaborating with Oracle Support on bug fixes.
• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field is desired.
• Current residence in the USA with the ability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
