Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This role involves analyzing usage patterns, identifying issues, and working both internally and externally on resolutions to protect AT&T wholesale usage revenue. You will be responsible for implementing, improving, supporting, and leading processes, strategies, communications, and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas.

You will efficiently and accurately process large amounts of data from multiple sources, utilizing tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, thereby identifying trends and actionable insights. You will coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, working cross-functionally with IT, finance, and Carrier Relations to resolve billing-related issues. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing errors, enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and improving the billing process to ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist in the integration of new billing systems and processes, ensuring seamless transitions and addressing any technical issues that arise.

Develop and manage complex technical projects to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors. Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management. May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. Responsibilities could include: sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities. Job Contribution: Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of AT&T technologies.

Education:

Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent related project management experience.

Experience:

Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Overall Purpose: Leads network and engineering implementation planning, execution and development through completion of assigned technical projects, and successful delivery of ensuring efficient resource use, compliance with industry standards, and successful delivery of technical network projects, while managing vendor relationships using Agile methodologies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Project Planning and Development: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.
Team Coordination and Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.
Execution and Monitoring: Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.
Compliance and Agile Methodologies: Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management.
