Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Developer with expertise in Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC), Java, and SQL to join our MedTech manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MES applications that support manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.

Your Role

• Develop and maintain MES applications using Rockwell FTPC platform.
• Design and implement custom modules and workflows using Java.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and IT.
• Ensure system compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GxP standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and validation protocols.

Your Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC), Java, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in MES development, preferably with Rockwell FTPC.
• Proficiency in Java programming and SQL database development.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, Pharma).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities. 

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and manufacturing data standards.
• Experience with system validation and electronic records/electronic signatures (ER/ES).
• Knowledge of OPC, MQTT, or other industrial communication protocols.
• Certifications in Rockwell Automation or Java technologies.
