Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $113,000 to $198,000 annual with additional bonus potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Champion of Food Safety & Quality – Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our FS&Q systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and GFSI certification.
• Own Critical Programs – Oversee Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Quality Plans, including GMPs, allergen and pathogen control, recall readiness, and corrective/preventive action programs.
• Lead with Influence – Provide guidance during regulatory inspections, customer and third-party audits, and serve as the facility’s PCQI and GFSI Practitioner.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Partner with Operations and Corporate FS&Q to embed best practices and innovative solutions into daily operations.
• Support and Grow Talent – Mentor, develop, and inspire FS&Q and Sanitation team members, building a culture of accountability, compliance, and professional growth.
• Make Data Matter – Leverage SPC systems, SAP, and quality reporting tools to analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and make real-time, data-driven decisions.
• Be a Trusted Partner – Collaborate with R&D on new products and processes, manage consumer complaints with professionalism, and ensure timely, effective resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven success in Food Safety & Quality, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• A track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of food manufacturing regulations, GMPs, preventive controls, and sanitary design.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office, SAP, Infinity-QS, and other quality systems.
• A natural coach and mentor who motivates and develops people.
