Department Summary 

The Epic Transformation department focuses on the creation and delivery of education to the 100,000 staff members at Northwell Health. Within this department, the Digital Learning team serves as the gold-standard content creators, modernizing the delivery of Epic education for onboarding, ongoing learning, and optimization. Their sole focus is on creating high-end digital experiences for learners across the organization and driving continued innovation in adult learning. 

Highly preferred skills: 

1) Mastery of modern authoring tools including but not limited to: 

• Articulate 360 power-user (Storyline + Rise) 

• Adobe Creative Suite fluency 

• Adobe Captivate fluency 

• Camtasia  

• AI proficiency  

2) High-End Interaction & Experience Design 

3) Extensive experience in Video, Audio, and Media Production 

4) Learning Science + Instructional Strategy  

5) Accessibility, Compliance, and Inclusive Design  

6) LMS / Standards / Publishing & Deployment Know-How 

7) Data, Evaluation, and Iteration Mindset 

8) Content Governance + Enterprise-Ready Development Habits 

9) Epic education experience 

10) Epic certification preferred but not required
