Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Gold Coast Australia - Remote Work
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Part-time (Minimum 20 to 25 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00m to 2:00pm Brisbane Time

As we expand our reach, we are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our visual branding strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Social Media Content Creation:
o Design and create compelling social media posts for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
o Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts that adhere to brand guidelines and engage our target audience.

• Print Materials Design:
o Design and produce a variety of print materials such as brochures, billboards, and signs.
o Ensure all print designs are of high quality and align with our brand’s visual identity.

• Digital Design for Paid Media:
o Create digital creatives for paid media campaigns, focusing on platforms like Meta.
o Develop eye-catching designs that drive engagement and conversions.

• Simple Animations and GIFs:
o Produce simple animations and GIFs to enhance social media content.
o Utilise animation skills to bring static designs to life and increase viewer interaction.

• Video Editing:
o Assist with basic video editing tasks to create short, engaging videos for social media and other platforms.
o Ensure videos are edited to high standards and align with the brand’s messaging.

• Canva Templates Creation:
o Create and maintain a library of templates in Canva for internal team use.
o Ensure templates are easy to use and adaptable for various needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with Canva and template creation.
• Basic animation and video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles for both print and digital media.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into visually appealing graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of WordPress and experience developing sites using visual builders like Elementor and Envato products, or a willingness to learn these skills.
