Job Description

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer

Duration: 12 + Months

Location: Remote

Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:

Candidates should be a senior level Full Stack developer: Front End/Backend design and architecture, databases, basic IP networking- TC/IP model knowledge. The team is in charge of a lot of projects where they are migrating legacy scripts to modern frameworks. These systems revolve around network devices. These engineers will need to have a full understanding of the software stack and come into the team and execute on an architect level.

Front End

JavaScript Framework

-        Expert level skill set in React.js is required

-        Knowledge of the following frameworks is a plus

o   Angular

o   Vue

o   jQuery

Backend

Python – is the most important skill for this team. They need someone with a solid background.

-        There is some PHP and is a nice to have skill

DB

Must have experience interacting with databases via an ORM

-        MySQL and MongoDB

-        Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL

DevOps

Candidate will be expected to work with an on-premises deployment environment

-        Linux server experience is needed

-        Experience with single sign-on and Oath

Culture

-        Team player (strong opinions / weakly held)

-        Will be expected to work independently with minimal assistance

o   Self-Efficient

o   Self Starter

o   Able to make architectural decisions independently — while following existing patterns
