We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
The Senior Fleet Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination for all vehicle and equipment ordering needs for light/medium/heavy duty/hydraulic vehicles and the upfit of these vehicles. Dominion’s Fleet size is approximately 9,000 on and off-road units.
This Senior Sourcing Specialist is the point of contact for a large number of multiple internal customers and all Fleet Vendors. Requires direct experience placing actual orders with numerous different vendors for approximately 400-500 unit per year on an annal basis. These include light duty vehicles, hydraulic trucks, specialty trailers, and material handling equipment. Input all data for each order into the Fleet Management System (Asset Works M5). Create contract releases for vehicles and equipment through SAP. Dominion’s fleet needs continue to grow, and these orders would include numerous different types of specifications.
This position requires extensive/technical knowledge for numerous detailed hydraulic specifications. Responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination for all material handling equipment such as forklifts, sweepers, UTV’s and many other types of specialty transmission equipment. Must be able to work with Managers, Directors, and VP’s when required. Facilitates the development of vehicle specifications and recommendations of vehicle and equipment purchases. Must coordinate and manage allocations by model provided by OEM’s annually.
Performs or coordinates the procurement, delivery/acceptance of vehicles as well as the installation of equipment, components, and IT/Telecom Equipment. Responsible for submission of approximately 1,000 vendor payments annually, including review/auditing of invoices for pricing verification. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
5-6+ years of related experience in Fleet Management.
- Working knowledge of procurement practices, procedures, and policies.
- Working knowledge of company systems, processes, and/or interfaces.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Operational knowledge of fleet vehicle operations and systems, including manufacture specifications and business practices.
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated effective influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills including forecasting, trend analysis skills, value and cost analysis skills.
- Work management skills.
- Computer proficiency.

- Experience with fleet procurement, preferred.
